Fresh Black Truffle

How much truffle do I use? Approx 3-5g of grated truffle, per person, per serve will suit most people. If you're a bigger truffle lover then 5-10g per serve will suit. You can use more!

Remember you might need a few extra serves to put on top  of your poached eggs the next morning and a pasta dish the following night. Of course you'll want to make some truffle butter to freeze!

Orders Truffle may be supplied as whole truffle and/or with large pieces, to make up your chosen weight.
