If you're not too keen on getting your hands in the dirt or working in the cold and frost you can still enjoy beautiful, fresh truffle. At TALLAGANDA TRUFFLES we do the hard work to bring you exquisite, prized French black truffle. The premium truffle we send to restaurants, is the same truffle that will land in your kitchen and end up on top of your favourite dishes.


Our standards are high when choosing the truffle to send you. We really hope people enjoy each truffle experience, so only premium grade truffle is selected. It's a magical, aromatic food and absolutely best grated fresh, on top of all sorts of delicious meals.
Nick and Ally Kemp harvest this 'black gold' at their beautiful property in Harold's Cross, NSW, just an hour from Canberra and 30 mins from Braidwood. "God's country" is often how the locals describe this area. Green, with tall trees and high up on the great dividing range...and lots of frost - just how the truffle like it.
They have always farmed with organic, chemical-free methods and a focus on soil health & microbiology is paramount. Ally is known for saying, 'the other universe is under the ground'!
