The truffle paddock was established in 2015 by Nick & Ally Kemp and our tree planting day was only made possible by a fantastic group of amazing people.

We established Tallaganda Truffles in 2015. Our farm is located at Harold's Cross in the NSW Far Southern Highlands. This is the high country on the eastern side of the Great Dividing Range.

The cool climate and healthy soil microbiome mean our black winter truffles produce an exquisite aroma and the precious partnership with our fantastic dogs help us unearth these treasures.

We care for the land with purposeful ecological responsibility and it rewards us with truffles of exceptional quality.
